Randy has a passion for helping people.

After serving in the US Coast Guard, Randy received his contractor's license and was a home builder in Napa and Sonoma Counties. Licensed Realtor and Broker since 2003, Randy has owned offices of up to 80 agents, brokered and closed over 1000 transactions in Northern California and trained hundreds of agents in sales and production.  He has a deep history of community involvement including V.President of Builders Exchange, Chair of Economic Development Commission in Windsor, President of Exchange Club, Redding Air Shows and countless charitable organizations.  Serving clients with offices in Sonoma, Napa and Shasta Counties.​
