RUSSELL ENYART
Russell Enyart started his path at California State University in Sacramento earning a BA in Economics, Cum Laude and Economics Honor Society. In 1997, Russell returned to the educational environment attending Florida Atlantic University earning his MS in Financial Economics and again earning honors as Magna Cum Laude, Golden Key National Honors Society.

After much hard work and success in his educational endeavors, Russell started his career ladder in a variety of positions working his way up into leadership positions, while teaching at Sierra College as an Economics Professor. His leadership positions from District Manager to Vice President led him to a Sr. Sales Manager, NW Regional Sales, at Samsung Electronics America. With his successes, he continued his work in economics and found real estate as one of the primary keys to building wealth for many Americans.

In Spring of 2019 Russell earned his Real Estate Agent License and Brokers License. He then jumped into the industry with both feet, starting with Keller Williams. As he was growing his business quickly with traditional real estate and REO properties, within months he had his first REO property and was the go-to agent for multiple banks and asset managers. By the end of his first year (9 months) he closed $190K+ in GCI. In the Spring of 2020, Russell felt he was hitting the limits as to what was being offered to him, so he made the decision to make a move to eXp Realty. He increased his GCI to $590K+ in 2020 which allowed him to start usahomebids.com with a partner as a spin-off of homebids.com. He was able to hire a full time assistant and purchase an office condo to support his growing business.

In 2021 Russell hired the 2nd assistant to the team and continued to grow usahomebids.com to over 400 agents across 20 states, set a new goal of $1M in GCI and will end the year very close to that goal. Russell has also been able to grow his eXp Realty network to about 50 agents to date.

Russell is an extremely driven real estate agent, entrepreneur, and mentor. His love of learning and teaching has been evident throughout his lifetime. Helping other agents become successful is always high on his list of priorities. Russell’s love for what he does and his desire to help others serves him well whether he is selling a home, helping a buyer, or training new agents.

Now acting as the Executive Director for usahomebids.com, Co-Owner of D & R Properties, and Principal for the Enyart Real Estate Group, Inc., Russell has grown his group of agents across the United States from Hawaii to Alaska to Florida and the states in between.
